Q: How do I become a distributor?

You can join only through an existing distributor's referral link. After you sign up, complete your KYC (PAN, Aadhaar and bank details) — once it's approved, you can start shopping and earning.
Q: Why do I need to complete KYC and Video KYC?

KYC (PAN, Aadhaar and bank proof) is required before your first purchase, so your commissions can be paid directly to your bank account. Video KYC is additionally required once your total business volume crosses a set level, as part of our verification process.
Q: How and when do I get my commission payout?

Every purchase in your network can generate Self Income, Direct Income, Group Profit and Generation Income based on your rank. Your monthly earnings are closed between the 1st and 5th of the following month, after which you can withdraw them from your Income Wallet.
Q: Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order is shipped, the courier partner and tracking number are updated on your Order page so you can follow its status till delivery.
Q: What is your return & refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Refunds are processed after inspection as per our Return & Refund Policy.
