I have read and understood the above terms and conditions mentioned in Section 1 to Section 3 and hereby unconditionally and irrevocably confirm the following: 1. I am providing my personal information and interested in enrolling myself as independent Distributor with Company and the Sponsor has agreed to use his/her IBAID for the same. 2. I am also aware that the Company is not providing any job to me and also understand that the Company deals in quality products by using direct selling strategy to promote and sale of its products through its Independent Distributors. I also understand that Company never provide any investment opportunity or offer guaranteed income or return. 3. I confirm that I am aware about the business opportunities with the Company where I can purchase the products in multiple tranches as per my own flexibility for self-consumption or resale. 4. I understand that there is no joining, training or renewal fees and I have not paid any sum to anyone including the Company on account of my joining, training, or renewal as an independent Distributor of Company. 5. I am aware that business incentives shall be payable to me on sales of products and not by enrolling new members. 6. Decision to do business with Company is solely vested in me and by joining Company as independent Distributor I have not been forced, misled or coerced to make any purchase of the products. 7. I understand that my appointment as independent Distributor of Company will be on principal to principal basis and I am aware that I am neither employee nor an agent of Company. 8. I have been Provided with and I have undergone free Orientation Program which has provided fair and accurate information on all aspects of Company’s direct selling operations, about free joining, its incentives system, policies on Return and Refund within 30 days’, Return to Origin, expected business incentives and related rights and obligations as governed under the policies of Company read with the Guidelines of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, as amended or modified from time to time. 9. I further understand that this application and any ensuing Company Distributorship upon acceptance of this application by Company shall be subject to the above Terms and Conditions, my Independent Distributor Contract and other applicable policies of the Company including the constituent documents as amended from time to time. 10. I confirm and undertake to keep my details updated with the Company in case of any subsequent change in future. 11. I understand and agree that my information provided in connection herewith shall be used in accordance with applicable laws in India. 12. I have read and understood the business guidelines and code of ethics of the Company and I shall be abiding by them. 13. I am signing this application under my own free will and the information are true and correct. 14. I agree to sign each page of the Form and Direct Seller’s Contract for sending it alongwith self-attested copy of AADHAR, Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook, domicile certificate (in case of resident of J&K), to the Company at address mentioned on application form within 10 days from the date of sign-up. 15. I am aware that the Distributorship with the Company shall be subject to receipt of complete Documents and successful verification. The Company reserves the right to reject the application for any reason and to terminate or revoke distributorship for any reasons including but not limited to provision of incomplete, inaccurate, false or misleading information. 16. I hereby grant my consent to the Company for conducting e-KYC for authentication of my documents including AADHAR and PAN. 17. By signing up, I expressly authorize the Company, which will override my DND registration, to send communications on my mobile. मैंने खंड 1 से खंड 3 में वर्णित उपरोक्त नियमों औए शर्तों को पढ़ और समझ लिया है, और मैं एतदद्वारा बिना शर्त और अपरिवर्तनीय रूप से निम्नलिखित की पुष्टि करता/करती हूँ: 1. मैं अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी प्रदान कर रहा/रही हूँ और स्वयं को कंपनी के साथ स्वतंत्र डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के रूप में नामांकित करना चाहता/चाहती हूँ, और स्पॉन्सर ने इसके लिए अपनी IBAID का उपयोग करने की सहमति दे दी है। 2. मैं इस बात से भी अवगत हूँ कि कंपनी मुझे कोई नौकरी प्रदान नहीं करती है, और यह भी समझता/समझती हूँ कि कंपनी अपने स्वतंत्र डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरों के माध्यम से अपने उत्पादों के प्रचार और बिक्री के लिए डायरेक्ट सेलिंग कार्यनीति का उपयोग कर गुणवत्तापूर्ण उत्पादों का कारोबार करती है। मैं यह भी समझता/समझती हूँ कि कंपनी कभी भी कोई निवेश अवसर प्रदान नहीं करती, न ही गारंटीशुदा आय या रिटर्न की पेशकश करती है। 3. मैं पुष्टि करता/करती हूँ कि मैं कंपनी के साथ उन कारोबारी अवसरों के बारे में अवगत हूँ जहां मैं स्वयं के उपयोग या पुनर्बिक्री के लिए अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार एक से अधिक किश्तों में उत्पादों की खरीद कर सकता/सकती हूँ। 4. मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि जॉइनिंग, प्रशिक्षण या रिन्यूअल के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाता है, और मैंने कंपनी के एक स्वतंत्र डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के रूप में जॉइनिंग, प्रशिक्षण या रिन्यूअल के लिए कंपनी सहित किसी को भी कोई धनराशि का भुगतान नहीं किया है। 5. मैं अवगत हूँ कि मुझे उत्पादों की बिक्री पर बिजनेस इन्सेंटिव का भुगतान किया जाएगा और नए सदस्यों को नामांकित करके नहीं। 6. कंपनी के साथ कारोबार करने का निर्णय पूरी तरह मुझ पर निर्भर है, और कंपनी में स्वतंत्र डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के रूप में जॉइन करने के लिए मुझे किसी भी उत्पाद की खरीद करने के लिए मजबूर, गुमराह या बाध्य नहीं किया गया है। 7. मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि कंपनी में एक स्वतंत्र डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के रूप में मेरा पंजीकरण (बिना किसी एजेंट या बिचौलिये के) प्रत्यक्ष आधार पर होगा, और मैं अवगत हूँ कि मैं न तो कंपनी का कर्मचारी हूँ, न ही एक एजेंट हूँ। 8. मुझे एक निःशुल्क ओरिएंटेशन कार्यक्रम द्वारा कंपनी के डायरेक्ट सेलिंग संचालन के सभी पहलुओं जैसे कि निःशुल्क जॉइनिंग, इसकी इन्सेंटिव प्रणाली, 30 दिनों के भीतर रिटर्न और रिफ़ंड की नीतियों, रिटर्न-टू-ओरिजिन की नीति, अपेक्षित बिजनेस इन्सेंटिव और समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित या परिवर्तित उपभोक्ता मामले मंत्रालय के दिशानिर्देशों के साथ पठित कंपनी की नीतियों के तहत नियंत्रित होने वाले संबंधित अधिकारों एवं दायित्वों के बारे में उचित एवं सही जानकारी प्रदान की है; 9. मैं आगे समझता/समझती हूँ कि यह आवेदन और कंपनी द्वारा इस आवेदन की स्वीकृति पर कोई भी जारी की जाने वाली कंपनी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप उपरोक्त नियमों और शर्तों, मेरे स्वतंत्र डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर कॉन्ट्रैक्ट तथा समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित घटक दस्तावेज़ों सहित कंपनी की अन्य लागू नीतियों के विषयाधीन होगी। 10. मेरे विवरण में भविष्य में, कोई भी बदलाव होने पर कंपनी के साथ अपना विवरण अपडेट करने का वचन देता/देती हूँ। 11. मैं समझता/समझती हूँ और सहमत हूँ कि इसके संबंध में प्रदान की गई मेरी जानकारी का उपयोग भारत में लागू कानूनों के अनुसार किया जाएगा। 12. मैंने व्यवसाय दिशानिर्देशों और कंपनी की आचार संहिता को पढ़ और समझ लिया है और मैं उनका पालन करूंगा/करूंगी। 13. मैं इस आवेदन पर स्वेच्छापूर्वक हस्ताक्षर कर रहा/रही हूँ, और इसमें दी गई जानकारी सत्य और सही है। 14. मैं फ़ॉर्म और डायरेक्ट सेलर्स कॉन्ट्रैक्ट के प्रत्येक पृष्ठ पर हस्ताक्षर करके और इसे आधार, कैंसिल चेक या बैंक पासबुक, निवास प्रमाणपत्र (अगर जम्मू एवं कश्मीर के निवासी हैं) की स्वयं प्रमाणित प्रति के साथ इसे आवेदन फ़ॉर्म में उल्लिखित पते पर कंपनी को साइन-अप की तारीख से 10 दिनों के भीतर भेजने के लिए सहमत हूँ। 15. मैं अवगत हूँ कि कंपनी के साथ डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप, सम्पूर्ण दस्तावेज़ों की प्राप्ति और सफल सत्यापन के अधीन होगी। कंपनी के पास किसी भी कारण से आवेदन को अस्वीकार करने, और अपूर्ण, असत्य, गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी के प्रावधान सहित, किंतु इन तक ही सीमित नहीं, किसी भी कारण से किसी भी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप को निलंबित या रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। 16. मैं एतदद्वारा कंपनी को आधार और पैन सहित मेरे दस्तावेज़ों के प्रमाणीकरण के लिए ई-केवाईसी करने की सहमति देता/देती हूँ। 17. साइन-अप करके, मैं स्पष्ट रूप से कंपनी को मेरे मोबाइल पर संचार भेजने के लिए अधिकृत करता/करती हूँ, जो कि मेरे डीएनडी रजिस्ट्रेशन को ओवरराइड करेगा। NOTE: The original English version of these terms and conditions may be translated into other languages.
